Growing up in a house of avid foodies, I was always found in the kitchen. My parents ran successful restaurants over the years, and that's where my love of food and people really took root.

Platter was started so that people could connect over good quality food. To enjoy different tastes, to chat to people they'd never really talked to before at a large function — and just to bring people together over something beautiful and delicious.

That's still what drives me every single day. Whether it's a wedding, a corporate gathering, a birthday, or a casual get together with friends — I pour my heart into every single order. Because for me it's never just a platter. It's your moment, and I want it to be perfect.

As a busy mum and business owner, Platter is my labour of love. It's my way of combining my passion for food with my creative side — and sharing it with Wellington, one table at a time.
